    Trappistes Rochefort 8

    Nearly four fingers of head poured straight from the bottle! After giving the Rochefort 10 a try, I just had to get my hands on the other two (Rochefort 6 still in the fridge).

    While the 10 is really something special, the 8 still holds its own. Really nice boozy/raisiny flavors in there. A great indoor beer for this humid, hazy day.
