Problem with a small German brewery...

    So about 6 weeks ago I ordered some beers from a respected, smaller brewery. There was a problem with the package, DHL informed them something broke, so they resent the package. The order was separated into three shipments and I received all of them, but a glass/beer set was missing. I emailed a couple of times and received no response.
    Yesterday I emailed once again and their answer was that the 3 packages arrived. I told them, yes they did, but perhaps they could check that everything was sent as I was still missing something. They replied again and simply told me that they had already told me, all 3 packages were delivered.

    I know Germany is not the frontrunner in customer service, but I find this ridiculous.
    I am only out about 5€, but its the principle and a brewery I rather like has left me overly disappointed.
    Thoughts?

    Well there's a good ending:slight_smile:
    After yet another email they called me.

    Their confusion, they assumed te rest of the original package had been sent to me, so that in essence I would have received the order twice minus a couple of broken bottles. Sadly I didn't. In the end they were very nice and are sending me what is missing.



    Long story short, all is right in the world again:slight_smile:
