    To be fair, a case can be made for punctuation outside the quotation marks; such as when a sentence is a question or exclamation, but the quote which ends that sentence that is a question or exclamation is not a question or exclamation.

    No, the best ever is "Go banana!"

    They should do banana for prop next. Cinanamon never works ian beer unless theres chillis and that coconut thing that y'all are wasting your good beers on was lame...
