Founders Breakfast Stout. (i can get about 6 months out of the year, and i know when to stock up before its gone for the rest of the year.)
Lefthand Nitro. (super solid, and not heavy, i can drink too many in one sitting.)
Ten Fidy. ( don't know if it can be classified as as a "go to" due to price, but its always there if i want it, and its always really really damn good.)

Founders if they had it in my area, but since I live in CA I'd go with Stone IRS.

Isn't Breakfast Stout similar in price to Ten Fidy? I can get Ten Fidy for around 3.50 here.

I'll echo many above in saying Founders Imperial and Breakfast have been hard to beat as of late.

Over here FBS is a good bit less (~$10/4-pack) than Ten Fidy (~$15), but I know some places get Ten Fidy for closer to $10 (e.g. Denver).

Not that the flavor profile of the two beers are really comparable. I wouldn't get Ten Fidy if I wanted a coffee stout.

My go-to is always Old Raspy. I alternate between that and Brooklyn BCS when it's around.
