Help me find this beer!

    Message from a customer - "My buddies and I remember a beer that we have come to call "Deer Beer". It was about 45 bucks, served in a gallon jug (meant for sharing) and was delicious. It also had a deer on the label, or bottle or something. Do you have any idea of what this beer is actually called?"
    Please help us help this customer so they might be able to enjoy this brew again! We know it's a long shot with the small amount of information but there's no harm in trying! Thanks BA!

    Mississippi Mud came to mind, but its an alligator not a deer on the front. And it's not $45...or a gallon. So there is that too.

    I came across that one when I was searching. I also found a bunch of other "deer beers" but nothing that matches the description or that I could imagine would be referred to as "delicious".

    Yeah, so far this is the only one I can come up with, but you never know. Could be delicious to him and horrible to most other people. Still looking for you.

    Ya, no other ideas here. When I read "deer beer" and 45 "bucks" I figured it was a joke.

    Also, a gallon jug of ACTUAL doe pee could easily go for that kind of money. Easily. I would buy it.

    $45 a gallon? I've had cheaper kegs.

    Or was the "45 bucks" a pun of some sort? :wink:

    maybe Killdozer from BA cover boys Burnt Hickory. A 128oz growler of that could easily be $45.
