Sucre share?

    So the wife and I were wanting to do a opening of Sucre and 6 of the variants on Sunday. I'm looking for a few people who would want to join and perhaps bring some other stuff. I know it's over the holiday weekend but we've been wanting to get this done.

    damn. I just opened a bottle last Friday and it blew my mind. If my wife is open, we may be in for this sunday. Hard to wrap my brain around 7 bottles of Sucre, that's enough for like 40 people. haha

    For people who can't make this one, I will likely be doing the same horizontal once my trustee ships the beers to me.

    (Not in Gresham. Probably not on Sunday.)

    Haha, true. But portlanders only drive out if there's bottles available, so there's that.

    I, for one, would be in if I weren't working all weeknd. Plus BBQ...? Sounds like a good time.

    Wow, has it really been almost 4 months since this discussion?

    Anyway, I got my bottles from my trustee a couple months ago, and got the clear from Beermongers to open them all there. I'll be bringing 8 variants (all but Portuguese Brandy) to open there at 2pm tomorrow. I figure I'm good for about an ounce, ounce and a half, of each, so hopefully a few other people will show up :slight_smile:

    Hmmmm.... this is very, very tempting. If I come, is it cool to bring something along to share as well? This is extremely generous Kevin, and I'd just feel better if I could do something to say "thanks."

    Besides, I've some NG WBR and Serendipity, along with some HF Arthur and 3F Broodoo that have been sitting in my fridge for entirely too long.
