Other Half Brewing

Last call, hope to see some more BAers tomorrow at Other Half. I should be there around 1pm or so. Will be wearing a grey Pliny The Elder hat.

I should be there around 12. Same obnoxious yellow Lost Abbey shirt, same punam as my avatar.

 

Anyone going today who maybe has not been there before, it is right across from McDonalds. No outside signs, although I think address is on building.

 

Can't remember if the address is there, but you may also want to spot the van with the Other Half logo on the side. It's ussually parked right out in front on weekends. In either case it's a metal door that's propped open with happy sounds of boozing and conversation. Can't miss it.

Great time at Other Half! Best beer in New York for sure. They are approaching world class! Great lineup of beer!

Well...things escalated quickly. Luckily I do remember taking those pictures and meeting up with some awesome BAs @Ace_of_Suds @jrnyc @cavedave

 

Ha ha, glad it wasn't only me! Day started getting real blurry when I decided it would be a good idea to start drinking my 32 ounce growler of Hop Diamonds on LIRR ride home!

Not hating, serious question, anyone know what their propensity towards green is? Seems a lot of their beers have the word green in the name.

Really? Now that's a little odd. Like Eminem puking spaghetti on himself green? I'm seriously intrigued by these guys and wish I could try them.

 

I hope they have it this Friday.

 

They weren't doing tasters or growlers of this one, so maybe it will last longer.
