    Next time use a wine stopper. Doesn't have to be a fancy one. Just has to fit tight lol I have more than half of Big Bad Baptist in the fridge from last night with a stopper in it. But like you said "one too many". Even if you had a wine stopper, chances are you'd have forgotten about it. I'm sure it'll drink just fine. Just think of liquid fudge!
