I'll wait to see what they offer up, but good on them for attempting to address the issue.

This is stand up. Good for Ballast Point. Thank you.

I only had the 1pm and 3pm. 1pm was a fruited older ale with black currant & cherries. It was ok, not sour enough to my personal taste, but it certainly was a nice way to start the event (while watching the WC final). 3pm was the gueuze which I was really waiting for to try. It was really good, I really enjoyed this one and would be happy to drink all my 15 tasters of it if possible...My other 2 favorites: Rum barrel Three Sheets (2012) and Rye barrel Victory.

Re: official Ballast Point Statement: I'm not going to demand a refund (which, when I was leaving yesterday I really wanted to), just because I know that the money is going to help the museum which I really, really like. The other option is not enough in my honest opinion to make it right. One simple reason for me would be the fact that I had to drive 2h one way and I don't think I will soon be coming back. (I wish I stayed in SD overnight after the Modern Times event)...I'm not sure what's the right solution to make it right, but I would say something that will keep your fans happy, won't take money back from the museum and won't cost you (Ballast Point) too much.

PS. I'm kind of disappointed about the DD issue not being addressed at all.

The refund is a nice touch but since the money went to the museum anyways I would feel bad (especially since that is only like the 2nd time I have been on those boats....conveniently both times were for events/parties).

I will however be stopping by the Scripps Ranch location and grabbing a pint.

    Cheers and thanks.

Sounds like all they have to do is contact Stone about how to run a massive beer festival.

This. I appreciate that my admission fee went to the museum and would never ask for a refund. I will enjoy a pint on Ballast Point's dime and I appreciate that gesture.

I think you fail to understand the one major thing that cutting in line does. It makes the wait time longer for everyone behind you. Not just the person right behind you but everyone behind you. It's an elitist attitude that your time is more important then others. And then to rattle off what your line cutting didn't contribute to is just asinine. Enjoy your wheelchair ride through Disneyland.
