    Several years back, I was trying to come up with an X-Box Live gamertag while nursing one hell of a hangover. I had made burrito fixins the night before. Warmed up a tortilla and meat/cheese. Pounded that bad boy along with four Advil and several glasses of water. Right about the time the Advil was starting to get me back on track, I leaned over to my roommate at the time and said, "Tough to beat a leftover burrito." The rest is history.

    My friend was going to build a brewpub on his property at one time and I was going to be the brewer. He lived by a cemetery. I've been using it as the name of my homebrewery for over 10 years. Before the guys in OR stole it. :wink:
