    Karmeliet is just great. But Veltins Pilsener is really an excellent herbal pils. And look at that lacing! In fact it was dynamite.....

    If only I could think of an appropriate song by a German band.............

    Just picked up a six pack of Stillwater Classique at my liquor store today. Very solid saison, probably one of my favorites (along with Tank 7, Sneak Attack, and Dupont). Not too dry, not too sweet, and the yeast adds a ton of character. Really tastes like the belgian cousin of a hefeweizen (minus the wheat, of course). The shop also had bottles of DFH 120 - I didn't get any but I'm wondering if I should...

    :grinning: it's on. Bed of sweet onions under the brats. Bacon is on there now too, and I'll throw the burgers on in time for them to all be done together. Got some nice fresh hard rolls to eat them on, too. Will have to catch up on posts later, cheers! :slight_smile:
