    So today, I got my Randall in! For my first experiment, I took Real Ale Gose (brewed with salt, coriander and lime) and Randall'd it with this!

    Sour Balaton Cherries!

    So I crushed up 10 cherries, poured in a little over half the can, and let it chill for 20 minutes.

    Poured it into a tulip, along with the rest of the can for carbonation, and voila!

    The cherries balance out the lime well, which is pretty intense in this beer. I would like to see a little more tartness and cherry flavor though, so next time I'll probably do 12 cherries at 30 minutes. It's still pretty damn fantastic though.
