Nice pale ale. Taste of tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, peach, melon, pineapple, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, honey, bread, and floral/toasted earthiness. Nice complexity of hop and malt flavors. Solid balance. Pretty malty for a pale ale but otherwise enjoyable.

Great quad. Taste of big raisin, prune, fig, cherry, caramel, toffee, molasses, toast, brown bread, chocolate, clove, pepper, herbal, cinnamon, spice, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Extremely well balanced flavors with a ton of nice complexities. Really well rounded overall, but Pannepot/reserva are both on a whole other level.

Partially infected. Very highly carbonated. Some signature apple skin must notes show up in the nose, as usual for an infection. Taste turned out very nice otherwise(something that is a normal occurrence for this particular type of infection). Taste of big dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, roasted malt, peppercorn, bourbon, vanilla, oak, toast, smoke, light char, and some roast/char type earthiness. Fair amount of roasty/char bitterness on the finish. Very smooth with a good balance of peppercorn/vanilla spicing with the very dark/roasty base beer and bourbon barrels. Other than the aromas, very enjoyable.

    Cheers

I've only had a few of these so far, not being home has derailed my camping, but the Bell's collab is probably my favorite so far.

Thanks for the kind words. The hospital she's in is top notch, one of the best in the country for children, and, for as much of a degenerate I can be (...and the wife, too) you are basically right. We straddle the line pretty well, I think.

*Disclaimer...I am a Tottenham fan through and through

LMAO! Too funny and hits a memory or two for me. Lot of obligatory kids music played in my house a long time ago, but among the first songs my son learned to sing were GNR Sweet Child of Mine and Paradise City...words were....ummmm...interesting from a six year old....grade school talent show, he does Aerosmith...thankfully not 12-inch Record or Walk This Way...phew!

I prefer the Grand Cru and the vintage overall but I still love this beer. Great that you can get it in sixers too!

Anthem Golden One Golden Belgian Ale up first with some Longmire. Had some tasty ribeye, brats, fried green tomatoes & okra for dinner, yummy!

It decided to overflow when I opened it, but I forgive it.
