    I've said it a few times, but I really think IPAs taste the hoppiest and most intense out of the bottle too, not just cans. It makes an even more noticeable difference to me with any IPA that's a little past its prime. Another huge plus is that it doesn't oxidize nearly as quickly as pouring into a glass, so anytime I'm going to nurse one I always opt for no glass. Cheers! :slight_smile:

    7 days from now = moving to New Mexico. So, this will be a 'cleaning out the fridge' type of week. Here's to a decent 8% IIPA from Stowe, VT. Wouldn't buy it again, but it's really quenching my thirst at the moment.

    Dark Horse Sapient Trip

    This is a delicious beer! The smell of fresh bananas and pears jumped from the glass on pour, and the vibrant golden-orange appearance is quite inviting. The taste is fantastic. Little to no alcohol in this 9.5% beer, and it is really quite refreshing. A great offering for my first beer from Dark Horse! 4.3/5
