Biggest Whale In Your Cellar?

Im brand new so my whale would be 2014 old guardian. More of a minnow but hey it could develop its way into a whale in the future

Mine would probably be a Cable Car. I have a few newer bottles that I hope develop into white whales, but we shall see.

 

It was absolutely amazing. Not trying to hype it at all. Hands down the most phenomenal sour I've ever tasted.

Given the chance to buy one or if I had the bottles to land one, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

That's pretty cheap! I got a 1/2 case for $5 but that's because my uncle works for MillerCoors. The Big Eddy series is about the only good beer he can get, in my opinion.

 

Try to land some different vintages of Old Guardian. It definitely gets better with age, so buy at least 2-3 or keep in the cellar each year.

 

Hardest to pry away from my cold dead hands: my last few bottles of New Glarus Wild Sour Ale.

3-year vertical of BA Speedway, but that will be imbibed of in a few weeks at our wedding

 

It was formerly a non-Joel tainted Yellow Bus until we domed it about a week ago (it was incredible btw). Now it's probably a few Uli blends that aren't on Untappd, a 1.5L Cantillon magnum, Heerengueze, or the '13 & '14 BADL sets. Whales that come to my place don't tend to last long in the lambic fridge, besides empties are much better bragging rights.

 

Depends if the old lady is down there doing laundry or not...
