Some Wit IPA action. Not so much wit. Just get the spice and mouthfeel. There is some caramel popping through? Citrus hops. It's DWA Smoki. Polish craft beer!

There are miracles and many strange things. IPA's are like earth's angels, sent to preoccupy, made to be devoured. I love them. The tripel is the penultimate beer style as far as I am concerned but if you find that you want something very - very much . . . even to the exclusion of all reason then it must be either very very good or very very bad.

Dime for the jukebox - I am still drinking sculpin

You are aware you don't have to drink both of each beer I sent you at once, aren't you? :stuck_out_tongue:

    That's crazy talk!!!!! :grimacing:

"One for you and one for review" - or am I doing it backwards???

Bro, the White Rajah was great. If I had to rank (and I don't, but I will ), I'd place the Rajah first, the Columbus third, and the Hop Ryot second (see what I did there?) - Rajah must get gobbled up fast when a fresh batch comes in - really great shit. And the Columbus was a good IPA, but I was surprised by how much I liked the Hop Ryot. I don't often lean toward rye beers, but I really dug it.

    Cheers!

Brewery only collab' release today at noon and purposely scheduled all my customer visits in the AM. (Smart thinkin' on my part...)

Weyerbacher kicked it with the Ales for ALS IPA, and now this. The Lehigh Valley is now turning into the "Happy Valley"... oh-hhh yeah. :sunglasses:

And mixing some 9% D-IPA's with working in the office at home on an empty stomach, some weird stuff is bound to happen. :grimacing: :flushed:

I'm curious how many times this beer is going to be posted today. I'm slightly less curious how many BAs are going to make a joke along the lines of: "I'm drinking this for IPA day, and I'm not sorry!"

Damn, this is delicious! All the hop flavors of the rainbow are present.

Every time Stone makes a new IPA/DIPA (especially anniversaries and collabs), I think, "Yeah, yeah, another one. I guess I'll buy a bottle and try it." Then I do, and think: "Yeah, yeah, another delicious one! I need to buy another bottle!"

Last time I had Columbus it had 0 taste. The first time I had it in February I thought it was really good. Now Bodhi.....is insanely good but growler only. I should have sent you some Head Hunter and I really have no idea why I didn't I just forgot. I don't usually drink HH because a resort I go to has it on tap and I've pretty much drank my fill of it. Jackie O's makes some pretty fair beers, I was going to send you Mystic Mama but they were out that's a very solid IPA.

Edit: White Rajah is EASILY the best of the three I sent you by a wide margin oddly enough the other Brew Kettle beers I've had were borderline undrinkable go figure.

    Thank you
I find that the BB4D is a little boozey and it hides the complexities of the base beer. The 4D was 2011 and the BB4D was 2012 so im guessing the base beers are the same vintage.

Westbrook Gose, The can is absolutely right, it is Sour, Salty and Delicious, definitely would like a lot more of this.
