Schell's Nobel Star Collection

You could in Rochester I would think.

 

I still see some Framboise around, and a lot of Brunette. I imagine you'll find some, I'll have a couple bottles to spare.

 

So in a month or two we'll have the cherry version of Brunette, does anyone know if there's something coming after that? Did they brew another base batch of Star of the North this year?

 

We haven't brewed the Star of the North again yet, but we do have both cypress tanks full and aging with two different versions of Berliners. Depending on how they mature, we'll release one in the fall, and the other sometime next year. The plan is to do 2-3 releases a year.

 

I'm liking that word "yet"...

I think the newsletter said the cherry brunette was due in August.

 

As of a couple weeks ago, Mendota Liquor had all three in the series for $10.99/bottle.

Just bottled today, I believe. They said out in 3 weeks.

 

I saw for great taste they are bringing a champagne weiss. Is that the next release after the black forest cherry?

 

I was wondering the same thing. Either way, I will be sampling all of the berliners.

Opened a Star of the North today. Smells like funky cheese. Really tasting good and has held up very well.

 

Black Forest Cherry out yet?

 

Saw a tweet from Schell's that said next Monday.

 

Had a sample of the Black Cherry and the champagne yeast one that's due out later at the Schells Biergarten this past Sunday. Both are fabulous and I'm looking forward to tracking down each of these beauties.

 

Is cherry out this week?
