    Had plenty of Mythos while visiting Greece a few years ago...Its no better there than it is here! Btw..I like the Zywiec glass!

    No pic, but sampling my first attempt at beer cellaring. I love a good stout and came across some Founder's RIS for a good price last year and thought I would give it a try. My main concern was my own will power to wait it out. My plan was to let it lay for 12 months. Well I was on vacation this week and couldn't resist trying after 10 months. I have to say it was worth the wait. I love this RIS but after letting it sit the alcohol burn is completely gone and I am able to taste more of the roasted, chocolately, coffee goodness. I had several of this beer fresh and must say the older is better, and the fresh was pretty darned good.

    This is Live Oak Hefeweizen, which is easily my favorite Hefeweizen. It's also brewed in Texas!
