    Last Head Hunter til labor day weekend family visitation. Still absolutely fantastic, even with 2 month ago dating.

    Very nice RIS. Balanced dark chocolate/cocoa/coffee/roast/light smoke and a fair amount of earthy/pine hops. Delicious and very robust for 8%. Initial review was in March, but age since then has been consistent improvement. Hops have definitely mellowed out. I might grab the last few lingering packs that are around here to age more. Very delicious brew.

    Just had this beautiful lineup with a couple buddies from work. The FS and dark truth were just incredible I love beer.

    Just got back from a couple of rounds at Proof Brewing Co. in Tallahassee, FL. I'm in enemy territory for a couple of days (Florida Gator Fan) but Proof is making some dang good beer. Just threw up a couple reviews from the last two nights worth of notes.

    Got my hands on the first release of the Planet Series by Bells today. A very good IIPA. Not my favorite flavor profile being a little too piney. Very flavorful though and I'm glad I picked up 2 bottles. Just really don't need any more than that...

    Had this band playing on the ipod today and really love this song and album. Still amazes me the major transformation this band made over the years. Great tune though!
