Really love what this brewery is doing. Stoneface IPA. Dare I say the best IPA brewed in New Hampshire.

 

• jealous. my sister brought me back a zoe hoppy amber. incredible beer. i wish i could get more of their stuff.

Cheers! BA. Monks Blood by 21st Amendment. Very impressed with them. I have liked everything I have tried so far and have only one more their barley wine to go. Happiness is not overrated.



I was thinking of moving to a 3 b3droom apartment across form me. The bedrooms are smaller and so is the kitchen and it sure does not have my view. What was I thinking?

Leftovers from Taco Tuesday making for a tasty brunchfast with 5 Rabbit's 5 Vulture Oaxacan Style Dark Ale. I apprecitae this brew more and more with every bottle.

Otter Creek Overgrown Pale Ale.. cheers!

 

Great beer! It's one of my favorite Brown ales.. great use of maple..

 

Last night my brother, a friend of his and a neighbor came over and we tasted Goose Island's "The Illinois", Otter Creek's "Overgrown", Wachusett's "Larry", Baxter's "Stowaway IPA", Hop Valley's "Alphadelic", Fiddlehead's "Hodad", The Alchemist's "Heady Topper", Eviltwin Brewing's "Falco" and Hoppin' Frog's "Gangster Frog IPA". I think we all agreed that the biggest surprise of of the night was Larry which was very good.

 

Randy knows how to formulate a killer recipe:

"We use chile ancho at the rate of two teaspoons per five gallons for 5 Vulture, which gets a nice chile aroma and a tickle of heat. The same amount of chipotle would add a good deal more heat. Might not be a bad idea to add a percent or two of smoked malt if you want to enhance that aspect. Spanish smoked paprika could be useful, too."

 

Another good beer from Tyranena, Hop ***** Imperial IPA. Enjoying the last few weeks of my summer!
