I'd buy every bottle I could find at that price. In fact, I don't think I've ever paid less than $7/bottle.

This is one of those beers that I always want to have in my cellar. This is not widely available in Delaware so I'd be happy to find some at this price. Buy it and enjoy!

They charge $7 for a big glass of blue moon at Applebees. Buy these up!

It's about $20/4pk, so I'd get one or two. I mean, World Wide is $10/12oz and it's not even barrel aged.

There was that one time I had it on tap for $5.50, and a generous pour at that, but that's a different story.

I paid 20/4 12 oz and 20 per bomber on release date. If I saw BCBS on a shelf for 7 per 12 now, I'd buy out the entire store.

Minnesota received so little Bourbon County this year even at 7 dollars a bottle there would be nothing to take a picture of...period

Seen as low as $4.50 and as high as $10. $8-$10 was standard in the MD/DC area that I saw, and lower here in FL.

I also saw some still on the shelf this summer for $10. Next to it they had 2 bottles of Backyard at $54.99 each, and 4 or 5 Barleywines for $18.99 each. I told them that it was ridiculous and they literally laughed at me. Hoping someone burned the store to the ground.

Is pay $7 though without thinking. Honestly not out of line.

I have to agree with most. I'd pay 7 bucks a pop no problem. I was fortunate enough to be able to actually buy 2 4 packs in my area right after the release last year in same store. No limit, which is rare in my neck of the woods. I paid 21.99 per 4 pick. I picked up a few singles along the way anywhere from 8-10 a bottle and another 4 pack for 27 or 28 during the latter part of 2013. I considered myself very lucky being in NJ and scoring around 15 bottles last year. I have 11 left...in no rush to drink them.

    I've mostly seen it around $20 - $22 a 4pk. One place had it at $25.
Its first release the place I went had a limit of 2 bottles / person, so when I went in with my wife, the guy asked how many/ I asked how many he could sell, so he looked at us and gave us the 4pk. I've gotten a couple more this release, plus some barleywine and one of the variant.

the manufactured indignation that spurs these threads (or at least some of the responses in them) is as predictable as it is pointless.

do you believe craft beer stores are making bank? if they are, would that be so bad? if they can squeeze a bit extra on a few special beers where they have 10x+ demand:supply, i say let them.

spend your money how you please, but please do not be shocked every single time this happens. better yet, just open a beer and relax.

$18.50 a 4 PK here when released, still I would grab them, I wouldn't sweat the extra buck + a bottle or so. It's that good.

On Long Island I would have to pay around $25-26 a 4-pack. When it first came out in RI, I would pay roughly $20. As time went on, I was finding 4-packs for $16-18 bucks (BCBS, BCBCS and BCBBW).

And I have a gigantic fine wine, liquor and craft beer showplace that requires enormous amounts of work to keep up and to duel Shaolin monks and sell children on the black market to get a case to divvy up between my craft lovers...sigh.

I know by me they are available for 26.99 a 4 and it is def. because they were the highest priced around here when they came out, plus they had a mountain of cases.
