Cantillon just posted the locations on their facebook page. Sept 20 at Jester King. I'm hearing different reports on what the beer will be, a new batch of Cuvée De Florian maybe.

We're very excited to be one of the locations for 2014 Zwanze Day. We'll release more details about Zwanze Day at Jester King next week. - Jeff

A different blend of Cuvee de Florian, which is double-hopped Iris, blended with Cherries.

Any idea what Jester Kings ticket prices and availability have been in the past?

It was free last year. There was a lottery system in place to get a 4oz pour of the Zwanze beer.

The 2014 Zwanze is a remake of Cuvee de Florian, a blend of the following:

Three year old Iris which was *not* originally dry-hopped (i.e., Iris Grand Cru which was served at some places for Zwanze 2013). The portion for this blend was dry hopped at the time of the blend at a rate ~ 20% of that for normal Iris.

    and

Kriek with ~ 50% of the normal amount of cherries added.

Or just make a drive to New Orleans where you don't have to worry about a raffle.

We'd of course sell the keg of 2014 Zwanze if it were legal to do so. Instead, we're legally obligated to give it away for free, and a raffle is the fairest way to do so. I suspect our Zwanze Day 2014 bottle share just might make up for it. - Jeff

I'll definitely be at Jester King for this. Even if I don't win the lottery I can still drink Jester King beer. It's hard to be sad about that.
