    I'm so glad @LeperJim came through for us and got this thread started in proper fashion! :slight_smile:

    Nursing a slight hangover (if you were on WBAYDN? late last night, you may know why). Currently enjoying a "better BLT" lunch: I got rid of the tomatoes, and instead threw in a ton of American and cheddar cheese. Washing it down with one of my last Beer Camp entries: Tater Ridge.

    This isn't one I'd had before, and I have to say, I really like it! It's sweet but not overly so; malt-forward with great balancing bitterness; very flavorful.
