I was thinking of trading this away for either sours or barrel aged stouts. Looking for similar rarity over quantity - what do you think is a fair trade for this? What should i be going after?

It's an aged BT, a rough stab maybe $40 return. Depends of what you want as well.

Completely wrong and your statement proves you haven't had it before. It's different the all the bt vintages released and I've had them all including 09 this year so I'm familiar with how it's aging. The body itself is fuller and the sweetness is completely minimized , a different animal all together.

There was an old thread last year talking about a 09 Black Tuesday going 1:1 with a Rare if that gives you an idea.

Lol I stand corrected, but if you go $4$ I was kinda close, wasn't Rare selling for $50 when it was released? I understand some things trade above the price tag.

And VSB cost $8. Sometimes prices don't matter.

I'm not sure on the numbers but, 09 BT was low bottle count as well.
