    (512) made a Peach Sour: http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/17863/133974/

It's hitting shelves today. I saw that WhichCraft and SOLA Wine and Spirits had it earlier today.

Anyone have the opportunity to try it out of the bottle? I saw some reviews of the Peach Sour Mash and those definitely looked promising. I can't wait to crack a bottle.

How funny, that is my check in from a few hours ago. I was a little confused about how to check it in because that Peach Sour Mash was on untappd from last oct but a regular 512 Peach Sour wasn't. So I went with the mash. I know its been on oak for a while.

Big peach nose, subtle peach flavor, nice overall. Tart and sour with mild acidity. I let the second half of the bottle warm up and it got a bit vinegary. Wasn't terrible and I did finish it with no issues haha.

I bought 2 and will probably be buying another 2. With mentioning that SOLA was $20 a bottle. Whichcraft and Whip In had it for $15.

There are plenty of people who are going to be unable to purchase this beer due to people buying it for "trade potential." Leave some for the people who love (512)!

valid concern, but i have a trade partner in chicago that loves sours. Plus by some i only meant 2 at max for that price. Hell, at this point in the day i doubt i even try to get one, but if i come across one for $15 i'll grab it..$20 is too high for something i'm not drinking myself.

WhichCraft is sold out, just FYI.

It did not hit E1G yet but likely will tomorrow.

Whats the deal with this one? I haven't seen any news from 512 brewing about it. This a one off, or maybe a yearly release?

They have been tweeting about it randomly.

No idea if one off or just trying to release more random bottles (my hope).

Is anyone other than @PatrickInAustinTx going to actually drink this rather than hoarding it for trades?

I drank one. Make sure you have some antacids nearby. Supposedly the next release will be a cherry sour. I'm excited that 512 it's starting up their sour program and really looking forward to more sour options.

Me, I picked up two yesterday, really enjoyed it. I'm hoping to land a few more to enjoy for myself and a bottle share.

I want to to say it was a little over a year ago that they purchased 2 foeders. So yeah, that gives me the impression that they're going to start releasing sours somewhat regularly.

I wouldn't really call a one time sour release that was done few years ago a sour program.
