Chile stouts

    I'm putting together a non barrel aged chile stout line up for a tasting. I've got Huna, abraxas, bomb, Bible Belt, and mexi cake. Any others that should be on the list?

    New Holland Dragon's Milk Stout with Toasted Chiles. But, I liked it more than most.

    Copper Kettle Mexican chocolate stout. It has chiles and cinnamon but somehow it's refreshing. Truly a great brew.

    Swamp Head Catherine's Resentment has been one of my all time favorites. It's similar to Space Ghost, IMO.

    I haven't had a ton of Chili beers, but Mexican Cake is my favorite so far, nice pepper hit, enough to let you know it's there, but not overwhelming on the heat.

    ^ lol, this. Had to look it up myself

    The beer is "Xocoveza", the next in their collab series. Sounds pretty good, but surprisingly light at 6%.
