In general, are your favorite brews brewed close to where you live? Or do is you favorite brewery based outside of you nearby area?

Yes and no! This is a tough question, and a bit to broad! There are some beers in Indiana that I love, but I always want to try beers that are not distributed to Indiana.

Easy question. My favorite breweries are local and semi local, almost never buy out of state beer.

Half of me is a ticker and half is not. I'm big on having local go-to's and getting growlers, which Oklahoma needs more of and not at a 4% cap. I cant see myself drinking exclusively local though, there's just too much to try that, even If I'm not ticking, there will be great beers from great breweries I can't pass up on (founders, stone, allagash, etc)

No national distributors make beer nearly as good as I can get locally.

What's local? I have many favorites from Bend, a few more from Portland and the rest of OR, then some from the West Coast and on. I think I'm at the far end of the curve as far as local breweries in any definition you want to use. But yeah, it's mostly local.

I'll try anything once. I drink locally over and over though.

I'm not all that impressed with my local breweries (at least with their canned/bottled brews).

Lost Rhino is just down the street, but the only beers worth drinking are on tap only (and even then, it's hit or miss).

DC Brau & Flying Dog? Meh...

So count me among those who just drinks good beer. I really don't care where it comes from.

For the most part; local first, then regional, then etc.

I feel the same way, terrapin, sweetwater, red hare, they are all ok, but nothing really to look forward to (except the crwnb was good). I get some CCB and westbrook beers where I live but I have to travel a little bit to get more of their awesome stuff.

That being said, I love me some national breweries like stone and lagunitas.

Just kinda waiting on the one brewery to open up around here that really puts Georgia on the map.

I drink a lot of Foothills and NoDa, but have no hard and fast rule(s) about where my beer choices come from. Oscar Blues and Sierra Nevada are almost local.

I don't discriminate. I let my taste buds decide which beer I like. There's plenty of locals I like and there's plenty of stuff from the other side of the country I like.

Great beer. I used to love Unibroue until they sold out to Sleeman/Sapporo. Now I refuse to buy their beer. I can't bring myself to support the big guys.
