    A solid DIPA, a revisit for me. I loved it the first time around, before I got to try many other great DIPAs. Still very good, but I prefer many others over it.

    I've got leftover strip steak. I've got aged Wisconsin sharp cheddar. I've got A-1 steak sauce.

    I've got an open-faced steak sandwich for lunch.

    Paired with a delicious Sierra Nevada Tumbler. Brown ales don't get a lot of love here (they're not my favorite, by any stretch, either), but this is delicious, and well crafted across the board.
