I had three 2oz pours of KBS in less than 10 minutes last year. Just kept getting back in line...

This is the most underrated fest in New England. Its a pain in the ass that its Friday night, but once I'm there I remember why its worth going every effing year.

Planning on buying my ticket next week when I get paid. Can't wait for this year's event. Will be tough to top last years though.

This is a wonderful fest and I'm excited to go. I am curious as to if they are selling the same amount of tickets this year as they did last year. I'm not sure what the max capacity is of the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet. I fear that this fest has gained a lot of steam and is going to explode this year. Last year was great and I loved it, but it was borderline to crowded for my taste. If they upped the amount of tickets available this year, it could turn into one of those "this fest was better last year" type things. Again, it's been a great fest and I plan on going again, I'm just curious about how many tickets there are available this year as opposed to last. Thanks!

They say 1,000 tickets on their website, same as last year. It didn't seem like that many people were there.

No, not bad at all, but I felt like any more would have made it a bit too crowded for the venue. Good to hear that they're selling the same amount of tickets as last year. I would imagine they sold out last year, no?

No it didn't sell out. A saw a guy I knew there who bought a ticket at the door and showed up well after it started.

I know several people here are going and have attended in the past. Thought I'd create a thread to remind folks that the early bird pricing will soon expire and then to discuss the beer list as it emerges. Here is the 2013 list, 2012 list and 2011 list.

Here's the brewer/distributor list so far. Looks a little light to me, especially on international distributors. I find it interesting that St. Bernardus is listed separately, with its own table?

    Allagash Brewing Company
    Brooklyn Brewery
    B.United International Importers
    Dogfish Brewing Company
    Firestone Walker Brewing Company
    Foolproof Brewing Company
    Founders Brewing Company
    Goose Island Brewery
Grey Sail Brewing of Rhode Island
    Lagunitas Brewing Company
    Long Trail Brewing Company
    North Coast Brewing Company
    Newport Storm/Coastal Brewing Co
    Proclamation Ale Company
    Revival Brewing Company
    Shelton Brothers Importers
    Sierra Nevada Brewing Company
    Smuttynose Brewery
    St Bernardus Brewery
    Stone Brewing Company
    Two Roads Brewing Company
    Uinta Brewing Company
    Victory Brewing Company
    Walker Brothers Brewing

This event takes a while to sell out. Definitely worth it for me to pay the extra $5 and wait and see the brewer list before pulling the trigger.

Beervana has released the beer list for Bourbon County/Goose Island and Foolproof in the last couple of days. Foolproof list looks awesome. Everything is unique. GI list is solid, but coffee is the only variant listed. But they list something called The Muddy that sounds fantastic.
