It's great. I haven't had a bad beer from them.

 

Wow. Big cinnamon in this puppy. Pretty good sipper. Can barely detect the high ABV (10.2). This is making my noche muy bien. Should be in bed by now but fuck it, I'm on vacation. Cheers.

 

haha! tried to reply earlier but by the time i hit "post reply" the site was down for quite awhile there - hopefully there isn't already a response i'm missing. the Prop turned out to be exactly that (a Prop). i keep thinking i'll crack it then i start having a devil on one shoulder, angel on the other type of back & forth with myself. really rather open it when i have someone to share with. i had also pulled a B.O.R.I.S VW which i ended up opening that instead after cleaning up a bit.

 

Sometimes it takes one to drink one.

Revisiting this one. Really great IPA! Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pine, floral, grass with some light caramel/bready malts. Good amount of pine and citrus rind bitterness on the finish. Very bright on hoppiness. Smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel and finish. Delicious!


Very nice cream ale! Taste of lemon, pear, cracker, corn, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper and yeast earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish. Nicely robust for 3.8%. Balanced and clean pale malt/adjunct, earthy hops, and yeast flavors. Smooth and crisp finish. Really enjoyable. I definitely may pick up a full 4 pack now.


Getting that Faro Review in. Really nice! Aromas were weak, but balanced. Taste of green apple, cherry, strawberry, peach, pear, candi sugar, hay, straw, grass, light vinegar, and light musty funk. Light fruity/earthy tartness on the finish with a good sized candi sugar sweetness. Never gets cloying. Super smooth and fairly syrupy mouthfeel. This was delicious. Maybe I just love fruit beers too much, but this wasn't too sweet for me at all. PS, a fruit fly just showed up at my desk at the end of the glass lol.


This is great stuff! Really unique as well. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, and pine hops; with a moderate caramel, toast, toffee, biscuit, light nuttiness, and light roast malt backbone. Totally hop forward as expected, but the malts to get a fair show as well. Very smooth, crisp, and fairly sticky mouthfeel. Excellent and delicious. Super tropical/citrus hoppiness. May buy another one.
