Raising up my last one of these in honor and acknowledgment of those who are not as fortunate to have the opportunity to do so.

I'm still a bit thirsty. It's hard work doing nothing. I fucking love vacation. Only thing harder to kill than Rasputin is the American spirit and resolve. Here's to those who have payed the ultimate price. Cheers.

Just found a bunch of these on the shelf Today. Enjoy by 7/4/14 and bottled on 5/29/14....shelf turd?? Well it was on sale for $7 so I couldn't pass it up. I can tell it has lost some of it's hop notes and a lot of carbonation as a very agressive pour only revealed a small 1/4" head. Otherwise It still seems to be a very solid brew. Money well spent and an excellent breakfast this morning.

Thought I'd give one of these a try, and I have to say it's the best beer I've had today.

The post from @Highbrow got me to thinking about popping the top on this one. The bottle says it will be good for 25 years though... it's numbered... It's a cool label to read and see how they stuck the Disputin' over the top of the Rasputin... I don't know. I wish I could share it with you all.

haven't been lucky enough to bump into one of those. recently had a newer release of Hel & V (short bottle, though) -- that too suggests up to 25 years of age. taste is subjective of course. by my taste, either the more recent release of H&V isn't as well mended & balanced as priors (which show pretty solid ratings & notes) OR perhaps it will come together somehow with the right amount of rest. unless the one i cracked was an off bottle, i have my doubts about the latter being the case other than to a small degree at some future point. time will tell i suppose.
