Stone Go-To IPA - Tastes like a full on AIPA. No compromise on flavor at all.
Pizza Port Ponto - Tastes like Swami's IPA, with a little less octane. Pint cans is always a win for me.
Founders All Day IPA - Same as Go-To, it actually has some body and flavor. Readily available wherever it is sold.

An older picture, but I am enjoying one right now. :grinning:

I don't have an outright one. Been enjoying Oakham JHB recently, really great modern bitter.

    Yuengling Lager.

If I want something sessionable and dark, Backcountry's Breakfast Stout.

New Glarus Moon Man, New Glarus (insert fruit beer here, all are 4%), New Glarus Berliner Weiss, New Glarus Yokel, New Glarus Hometown Blonde, Prairie Standard, Half Acre Daisy Cutter, Indeed Day Tripper, Three Floyds Yum Yum (pushing it at 5.5%), North Coast Scrimshaw, Great Lakes The Wright Pils, Lagunitas DayTime, and Founders All Day (only for it coming in a reasonably-priced 15 pack, the beer itself is slightly above average).

Hope you don't mind my modification, but it really fills most of the request - a session beer with good flavor and low alcohol. For that, I go lagers.

    Victory Prima Pils
    Pilsner Urquell Brown Bottle
    Spaten Lager, when fresh
    Weihenstephaner Original

Boulevard's 80 Acre Hoppy Wheat Ale is tasty, smooth and easy to drink several (before you know it).

I don't enjoy too many session IPAs, but I've been digging Ballast Point's Even Keel cans lately at 3.8%. Astounding amount of hoppy flavor for such a low abv. Admittedly the very low abv and cans are quite appealing.

I've also noticed the ones I do enjoy are (surprise surprise) from breweries who brew hoppy beers the best.

    Stone with Go-To
    Lagunitas with Day Time
    Ballast Point's Even Keel
    Hill Farmstead's Walden
Notch with Left of the Dial (I love them as a brewer in general, this is their only IPA though)

Carton Boat is probably my fave. I do like Stone Go To and Lagunitas Daytime. Others are enjoyable if not exciting.

Looking at the thread so far I have seen very few actual session ales mentioned.
I's a bit like starting a thread "Favourite Dogs" and getting replies such as Siamese cats, Golden Hamsters and Angolas.
Here's two of mine, genuine session ales (ie under 4% ABV and balanced to make easy drinking for a gallon or two at a time)
    Dark Horse, quite amazing what flavours 3.4% can yield;

5% is far too strong for me to have many of...Three pints and I would be in serious trouble.

Pedigree is a fine pint when well kept. It is not though Marston's session beer, too strong to be one. Their session beer is Burton Bitter at 3.8% ABV.

That beer really was great. Thanks again for letting me experience that one. Just out of curiosity, what is the running price for such a gem? Is it sold in sixers?
