ISO: Previous Traders and Veterans FT: BA Cakes

Ok, so I want to make sure I do the right thing on this one, so I'm going to say my piece and then offer up some pretty good beer for my ISO's.

1. I love beer and I am fortunate to have some great BA's in my IP life: @dsigmon , @Chris_B , @Quickicks , @CritterTN , @NCalement , @jbriggs7 , @HopDropTheElder and many others are directly responsible for this post - without them, I would never be able to do this.... if they send you a request, my advice is take it; you won't be upset you did!

2. I am sending out two bottles of BA Mexi Cake, probably DB at this point because I'm not sure how things will work out but I know I'll have 2 of them - that being said, the beneficiaries may get to pick which...

3. Rules: (by the way, you don't have to send me a label and the bottles will be on the way as early as today/Tuesday)

a) previous traders - this one is straight forward, you know who you are and you know what you sent. If this is you, you have a bottle of BA Cake coming your way. First response who is an existing historical trade partner and didn't just go the minimum is eligible. Just send me a message and I'll check BA to confirm and my personal info for how it went and will close this one out. If we haven't traded, sending me a message asking for this without qualifying for b) is pointless, I will check everything out on my side

b) Every time I go to a release, or a bar, or even this site, I reflect on how this kind of unmitigated freedom allows people the luxury of sitting in lines all night, spending insane money on beer and enjoying something they love. So the second giveaway bottle is for a member of our armed services. I'd love to hear your service details (at least what you're comfortable with) as well as how and why you got into beer. This one is arbitrary, but preference will go to the most compelling story. I know that most of our our service folks are over-worked, under-valued and always next in line. That being said, I will send a great BA Cake bottle to the right person who has these qualities. For those I don't know or won't meet, thank you for your service - your group are the real "experts". Bottom line is share what you want and are comfortable with, and a BA Cake is yours. I wish I had enough to send a bottle to all our active duty and veterans, but even though I can't - thank you for your sacrifice.

Thanks for sweetening the pot @Unbreakabolt ! Maybe we can do something for a second service member with that Black Tuesday because I'm hearing such great stuff, I'll leave that up to you, but can forward some of the BA's and stories at your discretion. I want to give everyone a chance to weigh in throughout the day, so I probably won't close this out until tonight/tomorrow, so keep 'em coming..

 

Please send this around to anyone who qualifies for a or b. I had it in ISO:FT but the mods moved it - not sure it's going to get the same exposure in BIF.
