Anyone know this trader; Gerbs2 - please help

    I had a trade set up with @Gerbs2 from Iowa, and he has fallen off the proverbial map. We agreed to a trade on Sep 12. I would send Gerbs2 a 6 pack of ZD and some local shelf beer and he would send me two bottles of Pseudo Sue. I agreed to ship Mon 9/15 and he said he would be able to ship 9/16. I received confirmation of delivery from FedEx Tuesday, 9/16. He never shipped and hasn't been on the site since 9/16.

    Does anyone know him that might be able to check on him. I hate to make a bad trader alert over a 6 pack of Zombie Dust, but a BA's word is all we have to go on. I would like for him to come through on his end of the deal.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Looks like he already has bad feedback……. did you use the trade feedback system? Do you have a phone number?
    @Gerbs2 What is your side of the story here?
    And @PatB1987 what happened to you to leave bad feedback like you did? Do you have any info on this guy?

    @blue-dream, he did not have any bad feedback when we agreed to the trade, and I do not have a phone number.

    I recently completed a trade with him and everything was good on his end. I wrote him a few days ago as the box i sent him was lost by USPS. Havent heard anything back. Hope everything is ok.

    assuming he's alive & well, I'm not excusing what may be happening, but for the billionth time (in this forum alone), the feedback system is there for a reason. I hope this has a positive outcome for you.

    I was able to find gerbs2's telephone number and sent him a text letting him know people were wondering about him dropping off the BA map. He informed me that he had a tragic family matter that needed his immediate attention. In my book, and in his, too; family ALWAYS trumps beer. My condolences to Matt and his family.

    Just for the record I completed a successful trade with Gerbs2. It was his first trade or 2. But he was in constant communication. Sounds like something came up and hope all is well.
