    Back to working on the Latitude 48 Deconstructed variety pack tonight. So far the Simcoe single Hop IPA is my favorite, followed closely by the Mosaic.

    Meh...I got a metallic taste? When I poured it I thought something was wrong at first but apparently this is the way it pours.
