In PA I can't get SN for @13 a 12 pack. In PA I can't get all these great beers for dirt cheap. I'm still going to pay almost $10 for a six for Sam Adams. So my budge beer are Yuengling Black and tan. I also like genny bock when its out. I go through cases. I bring them to parties, as currency. Its beer that is dirt cheap and taste great.

Inversion is always a good bet. It's around $9/6er. Ranger from new Belgium is about a dollar cheaper.

I've also seen DFH 60 minute for $9/6er as well.

Lagunitas Hop Stoopid $3.69 for a Bomber. That's as good as it gets for a hop bomb. I've become a huge fan of that brewery and I'm not IPA Guy. Their sixers are $8.99 and are excellent.

I enjoy the NEW Belgium Ranger in cans for around 34$ a case of 24. I can not get it in PA so I travel to Delaware to get it. It is my favorite IPA.

I never understand why people bring up Lagunitas Hop Stoopid as a low price IPA; around here $4.99 a bomber, which would equate to about $16.33 per 6 pack

If we're talking IPAs I would go with Long Trail Limbo which I've gotten for $10. Smuttynose Finest Kind is usually $11 which is a bargain. Captain Lawrence IPA I've gotten for $10 before too but I don't know if you're getting that price in Washington. I'm sure there are others but that's all I got right now.

Sierra Nevada's 4-Way IPA variety pack a while back was a great deal. Loved every offering, but was slightly more partial to Blindfold (Black IPA). If your local Costco carries craft, they will most likely have cases for ~$20 (Lagunitas, SN, Stone).

HopDevil and DirtWolf. When I have the extra cash, I trade for some Gandhi Bot. When I really have some extra cash, I trade for Columbus Brewing Bodhi.

To the OP, you live in a state, WA, that has some pretty good distribution laws. I question the water sources on the west coast; however, the hops grow well out there. A very good IPA, that's potentially local and easily attainable is the Pike IPA.

Sierra Nevada is the go to budget IPA - Torpedo, Ruthless Rye, Flipside, and, best of all, Celebration are all solid beers. Or, if you're on the East Coast, a fresh 12-pack of the grapefruit bomb known as Smuttynose Finest Kind can be had for $13 on sale.

In IL, Torpedo case prices are under $25.00. My favorite used to be Goose Island IPA. They are now brewed in CO, and NY; therefore, no longer a local favorite of mine. But, the beer is affordable.

Love a good 12 pack, so Smuttynose Finest Kind and Bouncy House along with Sierra Nevada Torpedo, Flipside, and Celebration are great deals at $12.99 around here. As far as a well priced 6 packs, Lagunitas IPA, Hop Devil, Wolaver's Oatmeal Stout, Ipswich Oatmeal Stout, and Smutynose Robust Porter at $8.99 are all really good deals.
