Agreed. Trillium's Congress St is in the conversation. Also Wormtown's Be Hoppy.

DIPA: I've developed a fondness for Wormtown's Buddha Juice.

And some might say Congress Street IPA from Trillium. For me it doesn't matter, I live here and still don't really have access to them. The OP said:Has to be in a can or bottle, and readily available. Of those, Wormtown Be Hoppy would win here in MA, but even it is scarce, which would perhaps lead me to Wachusett Larry.

NY DIPAs - Rushing Duck War Elephant, Newburgh Hop Drop, Peekskill Higher Standard. The smaller guys are making the better beers right now.

Not Fresh Squeezed. It is good, but Boneyard Hop Venom is better by a mile. I hear great things about Notorious, but have not have the privilege yet. They are not bottled, but are readily available on tap.

CT: For DIPA it's definitely Gandhi Bot or Coriolis
For IPA it's likely Fuzzy Baby Ducks or possibly Supernaut

I'm going to have to disagree. Great beer but it's a session ale not a true IPA or DIPA. It has to be Hardywood Great Return or Triple Crossing/The Answer Street Cred for me

Those from out of state. No outstanding Ipa/dipa's brewed in Arkansas. Love me some Pliny, Apoclypse cow, West Coast Ipa, Elevated, Double Jack, Sculpin, Mars, Mycernary, etc...
