(And for those not old enough to remember, the little guy in the video is the "Chickenhawk" from Looney Tunes.)

    Happy Birthday, man!

Great beer showcasing what may be the most versatile hop, Centennial. Yummy, my number one go to nowadays, so fresh, so fine, so mine.[IMG]

In memoriam of my soon to be sold west coast Phish tix, a victim, like so much, of this seemingly endless divorce.

Beautiful day here in Santa Fe. The sky up at 7,000' gets me every time.

Took off a bit early today, as I've been meaning to get to this for a week. Beer procrastination! What a problem to have.

So delicious. I'm recalling my days with Double Galaxy last Christmas.

Lastly, with deep fried apple pie, Lake Placid vanilla porter. A pleasant surprise. And, yes, I do realize everything is in the wrong order.

Next beer was the Queens Blau IPA. Not bad, not great.

Anniversary dinner...started off with the Knee Deep Simtra. First time on tap, great beer.

Starting off the night pretty simple with SA Double Pilsner. It's the last of the beers from my Adventures in Lager that I needed to try, and I have to say I like. Nice and clean. Next up: Stone Smoked Porter - Chipotle. I'm hoping for good things and a good pairing with my steak.

4 hours of work today and I got everything done for the kegerator. Beer room is a bit dimly lit right now, but I'll fix it up soon. All taps installed and hooked up. Glued on foam board insulation. Pulled a pint of citra/amarillo IPA from the kegerator. It's almost kicked now thankfully, its a bit old now, but still tasty. I will carbonated my Munich Helles starting tonight @ 35 PSI for a quick carb. I lagered it for 2 months. Just need a 4th keg and beer, and to brew another IPA for the one that's going away.

While it lacks the "wow" factor typical of any Lawson's that I've had, Double Dose is still a solid offering. The sweetness and hops fade quickly on the palate, but it's smooth and pretty easy to drink for a double IPA.

Just this tonight. Got it a while ago, just getting to it now. Get a little bit of the rum taste in there, which adds something that I haven't had before. Pretty solid overall. And yes, I am a huge fan of Major League

Absolutely love Gilmour's (Glimour's* per the liner notes for The Final Cut :grimacing:) touch. Unbelievable sensitivity and musicianship. He kind of set the standard for guitarists I've admired throughout the years.

Decided to quick head up to the north shore last Friday and enjoy beautiful weather on the beaches of Lake Superior and running trails. A favorite of mine up there, Fitger's: El Niño ipa.

Pretty much my favorite beer right now and stocked up on some more today. Sitting in my office working so thought I would get creative with the photo to avoid papers and electronic devices.....boring.

    Time for a nightcap.

Despite the background, playing something a little more contemporary.

Sure I drove the wife playing through this entire album.
