    In Memoriam

    Having a bottle of the Stillwater Existent. Very interesting Saison with the substitution of dark roasted malt for the pale malts ordinarily used in a Saison. Stillwater seems fascinated with exploring what Saisons are or might be.

    One of my favorite new breweries and breadth of portfolio. Considering the fact that i tapped a fledgling local brewery keg the other evening at an establishment and come to find the iipa poured like an irish car bomb.... i love brewers that do their homework first versus some hacks. Cheers to Prairie Artisan Ales. Damn you guys do great bears and in a traditional yet avant-garde way.

    At least I finished my half on this one. I may be getting more tolerant of this "sour thing..." I do better with someone who actually enjoys sours.
