On a side note... when the heck is Chicago going to get FBS?! I mean, we're practically next to Founders, but I still haven't seen a drop of the stuff near me...

But I did find a nice BA barleywine from a local Chicago brewer that I'll be wrapping up for my target's box...

 

I think beer will enhance the medicine and cure you faster. If not, at least you can still enjoy the beer.

 

I just purchased one of these said barleywines myself. Anxious to try it and if I can find another bottle, it will be making its way into my targets box.

 

@Ncpogs--have you seen FBS around yet? I keep hearing everyone mention picking up a four pack or two, and I'm starting to get really jealous...

 

Alright, got some catching up to do. Was watching The Fault in Our Stars with the lady. It was good (and quite sad), but Silver Lining's Playbook was still the best movie I've seen this week, and in a while.

Anyway, I'm ready for FBS too. Unfortunately, Houston won't see it for God knows how long. However, a certain local, amazing IPA releases here in bottles (finally) next week.

Hint #Texas: My target will be receiving a bottle of said IPA.

 

Looks like I won't be receiving a box of amazing Tired Hands growlers from Kevin.

Sounds good man, but really I'm not in any hurry. More likely we'll be working something out somewhere around your 3rd trip from now. Also, if there's any other good FL beer, I'm all ears; CCB and Peg's/Cycle are just the ones I know about.

Ooooo might this be the one from a socialist brewer whose name is an item only magicians choose to wear? I'm sitting on a bottle of that and am really looking forward to a good chance to open it.

There's going to be a box heading from me to TX in the generally near future, and while that one won't go to you, perhaps the recipient will share (I just can't remember where exactly in TX he is). If I find out he's not in your neck of the woods, I'm sure a growler will find its way to someone in HOU pretty soon.
