Alpine Bine & Vine Anniversary Ale out today

Just picked up my 4! Looking forward to 5 o'clock

 

Ran by to scoop up some bottles earlier. Geoi told me that giving these bottles a few extra days to come together really brings out the juiciness of the hop flavor

 

Gonna have to make a trip over there. This sounds fantastic. Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe. Could there be a better hop trio than that?

 

Ah, my bad. He suggested waiting a few days to drink them post-purchase

 

They were bottled some time last week at the earliest. I'm sure these will be pretty tasty for the next 8+ weeks.

 

To clarify, this isn't Alpine's anniversary, this is Bine and Vine's, the shop that commissioned Alpine to brew it. And Geoi said the same thing about waiting to the guy in front of me. He got it in on Friday and had it then, but loves it even more now.

 

Yeah they pulled it off the site. He had tons left when I went.

 

It's going fast. Literally everyone who was in the store walked out with the limit (4 bottles).

 

A friend picked this up for me. I can't wait to try it this weekend!

 

I hope you're right Erik. I have a few friends coming down but not for a few weeks.
