    Cleaned the palate with some water. Now the '13. Definitely a lot smoother than the 14. 14 is too bitter. 13 is still bitter but much more pleasant. Drinking pretty good right now. Now to wait 1 more year to do a 3 year.

    Another Belgian beer I've never tried... until now. Poperings Hommel Ale.
    It's real good. Gonna have this with a Turkey, Avocado and Havarti sandwich
    and a little NFL RedZone. After lunch I'm moving on to a sipper.
