Thought this might be a cool thing to start. :sunglasses: This is my beer fridge, as of tonight 10/5/14. The top shelf is my "regulars", the beers I buy again when I'm out of them. These are my "easy-drinking, goes with anything beers". I almost always have these on hand but a few of them rotate out for others (i.e. Michelob Golden Draft might be rotated with Miller High Life, or Lakemaid with Grain Belt). I recently added Newcastle Brown Ale and Shiner Black Lager to the "regulars" line up.

Second shelf is my "can shelf", and right now I have mostly Schell Goosetown Gose pounders, with a Keystone Light and a Busch next to them. My overflow of Newcastle is on the side.

The shelf below that is my "craft shelf", and it includes both what I consider "regulars" and what I have yet to review. From Hoegaarden to the left is what I have extra of/what I decided to pick up because I like it (there's three 6 packs of Hoegaarden by the way :grinning:), and to the right is my "to-be-reviewed" portion. These are beers I buy singles of to review once, and if I like them well enough, I'll buy more, in fours, sixes, or twelves even.

The bottom shelf has an assortment of stubbies...anything that will fit underneath that shelf. The multiples are beers I thought worthy to buy again, and there's a few singles for review down there as well.

Despite my large collection (100+ bottles) it disappears slowly. My wife doesn't drink, and I try to keep it to four beers or less every day/night combined. With crafts, it's not that hard, but when the lagers start going, it's easy to go overboard.

Feel free to share yours! :sunglasses:

Aside from my cellar I usually keep about 8-12 beers chilling in my fridge.

Currently emptied from this weekend though.

You sir, have a kickass beer fridge, and I'm envious. I have a feeling a lot of folks are in a similar position with an epic stockpile. My "beer fridge" is actually just the top right 1/4 - 1/2 of my small apartment fridge :slight_frown:. I'm almost out right now, but max quantity for my stash is about 20 bottles (more of cans), and if it spills over too far my girlfriend let's me know about it right quick. Apartment living blows.

There is only one nice thing about having very limited space: I go through my stock pretty fast, so I have to restock frequently, which ultimately leads to nice, fresh beer all the time!

Mine looks something like this, but since the photo's from around Christmas 2008 or so, all the labels are different now:

Here are a few pics of mine. It an upright, and can switch from fridge to freezer. I replaced the original shelves with tempered glass, making them more stable for beer bottles. I'm thinking about a temp controller, but it seems to be working fine, as is. The stickers are from places that I have visited or beers that I have drank.

Organization is not perfect, but mostly domestic canned beer goes in the veggie drawers, bombers on the bottom shelf, craft goodies on the shelves (mostly by type) and odds and ends in the door shelves. Notice the aluminum bar I added on the bottom door shelf. Extra water, deer horns and mugs have found the top! Cheers

Wish I had enough outlets in my basement to get a fridge for my beers.

Taken about 2 years ago, but here's what I have, typically only reserved for beers I plan on aging more than 1 year (as temperature control is more important, less important for those <1 year)... I now have 370+ bottle cellar, so top 40-50 go in the fridge.

Replaced metal wine racks with 1/2" MDF panel that slid right into supports

Here are two of my garage fridges. I have one more that I keep home brews in. I buy faster than I drink. It's a personality flaw.
