Center-poured pint with Schalfly T IPA...

Crazy early games, eh? I'm no fan of parity in the NFL :grimacing: I also hate close, last-minute games... I like a good ole'-fashioned blow-out (preferably my team vs. them :stuck_out_tongue:)...
Seattle? Ugh...:flushed: Cleveland? Shouldn't have been like that. And Chicago? Good lord... :astonished:?
Props to Jacksonville - who I think is a better team than they play (if that makes sense) and Indy - shutting out the Bengals?
No mean feat. More torment to follow... :grinning:

One o' my favorite Stones tunes...

Enjoying Good Gourd from Cigar City - definitely my favorite Pumpkin Ale. I've got another one saved for Thanksgiving dinner. Cheers!

Bumping this up from a 3.9 to a 4.1 since this impressed me a little more than the first time. I love good rum and I was hoping this would blow me away, but it didn't. Still a damn good imperial stout and one id look to buy again, but not with too much effort. I got two of these out of pure luck walking into a store that happened to have a extra case. Glad I picked this up, but regular ol' bomb still reigns supreme in my book.

I'd love to know if prairie still used barrels from newport storm (coastal extreme) for this beer. That brewery hold a special place to me as the first craft brewery I ever visited and their amber ale helped get me into craft. Their rum isn't too bad either.

A solid rum heavy on the molasses and woody/oak flavors, which I got in pirate bomb except heavier on the molasses/ sweet sugar side. I'm going to guess that they did use this again, but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Overall a day with football, good beer, and good rum is damn good day. Cheers!

A few upsets in the early games. Never an upset when you're throwing back some Speedway. I love football and beer.

North Coast Old Stock Ale '14. Never had this style before, except Founders Curmudgeon, but it's oak-aged with molasses. Pretty solid. Cheers!
