Sounds dope. I can't wait to never go cause it is nowhere near anything for me! Haha I'll still go buy once though, gotta try it out at least

What kind of BBQ is it? Not that there's a "bad" kind of BBQ, but I'm just curious.

Kind of a blend. I just had an assortment of sliders (pork, hot-links, brisket). Their original sauce is Old Chub based and he's working on a thicker sauce as well (they have sweet/salty and hot sauces too)

That's the problem with Colorado BBQ. No one wants to pick a style, you can't be everything to everybody or it's just watered down sh@t.

Or the fact that it's all dryer than eating sand... makes me miss some KC.... mmm arthur bryants.. Joe's... Hopefully they'll be better than the rest. Looks like a pretty ho hum draft list, but at least there's a lot of options maybe they'll bring in some more local/special stuff once they get their feet under them.[IMG]

Decent taps. The larger Moe's locations are pretty similar.
I also wish more places would stick to one style instead of making so-so versions of them all.
While they're a prime example of making too many different styles, the best BBQ I've had in Denver has been from Breckenridge's 471 location. I can't speak for how good their TX or KC stuff is, but the southern pulled pork reminds me of home. On the downside, I've gotten some bad beers from Breck recently, and consistency used to be their hallmark.

Tap list is all CDC beers for now. Seems like it's the easiest route for a new place.
