    Was a little chilly this morning when I fired up the smoker so I lit a small fire and cracked this open to warm the bones.

    Okay so technically not drinking this at the moment. Been up since 8 am. The last of the poker players from last nights game just left. We woke up and shared this beer as a hair of the dog type of thing. Really impressed with this beer.

    Gonna get more. Then we finished a growler of Midnight Rider, that I didn't care for so much. Now I'm drinking this hoping my Vikings can at least beat the Bucs.

This process ensures that the crop from 2001 has impeccable color, texture, aroma, and flavor.
