I thought I pack well (and creatively), but I have received at least one or two boxes where I put the wrapping and padding back in the box as I unveil the beers, and had a hard time getting everything back in the same box WITHOUT any beer in it. I can't figure out how they manage that.

The Quakertown won a gold medal at GABF this year.

Charlie Foxtrot is more like 8 or 9%. Warning - it is very sour!

I almost didn't send Pumpkinator because SA distributes to Florida. While I was in Tampa visiting I looked in the liquor stores and didn't see any SA so I decided to include it. Now I'm glad I did.

The Off Label brand is No Label Brewing's line of special release beers.

That box was TOO perfect for some cans that I had to reuse it for the same purpose

Wait, what??? I was definitely assuming (and hoping) you meant literal fireworks.

I'm pretty good with beer labels, and I could be wrong but I'm fairly sure there's no Prairie Pirate Bomb in this picture.... I think there are a Pretzel Stout and a St Arnols Christmas Ale though :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously though, I did the Buried Hatchet/Black Crack side-by-side, what a great comparison. I could barely tell it was the same beer! The base is great, but the barrel does wonderful things to it.

I've had a couple Imperial Berliners, one in TX, and @rspauldi is spot on with the ABV, they crank it way up, very interesting way to go about a style that's usually 2-3%

And yes, I'm pretty sure those are JK bottles; I'm fairly certain one is RU-55. Guess not, two different Provenance is awesome though!

:grinning: I guess those would really wreck your pallete too if you decided to chew on them.

Unfortunately by looking at the bag in the pic it appears like my fears were realized. The bag definately is not as plump as it was when it went into the box.

Just had that Charlie Foxtrot this weekend from Tim's box, it was pretty damn fantastic.

I also did that Buried Hatchet and Black Crack side by side and I think I almost liked the base better. Not a knock on the BA version, but just high praise to the base.

In fact, there are a couple of beers in these boxes that I've had the pleasure of enjoying recently and now I wish I had more of them, haha. Fortunately I still have 9 Jester King bottles to work through.
