Night Shift Whirlpool & Morph cans

@masterob8 batch #4 is incredible! I know the premise of Moroh is to do all different iterations, but this one is worth a 2nd brewing!!

 

10/21 was more piney, bitter, clean than the last one I had (9/9, still my favorite).

 

IMO these are getting better and better! I hop they are working towards a year round more available canned IPA.

 

It's great to hear people are digging the new batch!

That is the "secret" mission behind the Morph cans! Essentially crowd sourcing our year round IPA. Once we find a recipe we are satisfied with AND have the hops for it, we can give it its own can.

We might also continue the Morph after that because we love a little variet. Keeps things more interesting for our team. Cheers!

 

Like the idea of continuing Morph and picking one to become a year round regular. #4 is a contender (don't know about the hops sourcing part, though).

 

Have a can of morph that was canned on 10/21/14, absolutely would pick this up every week if it became a year round brew, outstanding.

 

You almost done with the next batch of Morph? Looking forward to it...need some for Turkey Day and the in-laws.

Next batch of Morph is getting canned tomorrow. Just as a heads up we yielded less beer than we had hoped due to losses from dry hopping. So less cans will be available which is a bummer cause its pretty tasty.

This Morph it is a re-brew of Brother Kennison IPA. Brewed with Columbus, Amarillo, Cascade and dry hopped with Amarillo and Falcon's Flight.

Also, releasing a berliner with peaches and mangos tomorrow.

Are Morph cans hitting any stores or is it brewery only this time? Went by Streetcar in JP yesterday and they didn't have any.

 

@KevTurnersBootburn Yes. They are hitting stores. I saw some at CBC Belmont last night (for example).

 

Should be at Urban Grape today as well, looking forward to trying this batch!

I just got my shipment of Morph in today. I'm on the North Shore of Boston, so if you're around there it should be popping up on shelves soon.

 

Wow. Best one yet! Kinda spicy.

Holy Crap!! Excellent IPA. This version 11.18 was my first and I wish I could get a lot more. Right up there with the best IPA's in MA.

 

Drinking an 11.8 Morph right now. Tasty for sure. Anyone know the ABV?

 

New Morph batch is great. I think I liked the last one a bit more but would buy any of these if they became a year rounder. Need these in 12 packs by beach weather.

 

Yes indeed, seems like a very small batch (compared to previous ones). All the usual suspects in my area are out very quickly. Was really looking forward to trying this particular version, but alas...
