    What a perfect blustery day for Stout Day! Brought a 2013 Wake N Bake out of the cellar. I wasn't impressed at all with this last year when it was fresh, I found it very astringent, but wow it has really settled down but retained a nice coffee roasty flavor.

    The buzz is strong. I may end with a Founders Imperial stout early 2014, or a Founders Breakfast stout 9/14.. I shall not enter into the Marble Imperial Stout bomber game... No WAY jose. Why is this day on a Thursday? So many solid choices only in bomber form.. I can't do it lol.
