    Moving on to this for International Ballast Point Day. Yeah, yeah I got the wrong memo apparently. This is so good fresh. I love coffee and from a coffee flavor perspective, and I know this is likely blasphemy, I would choose this over FBS any day of the week. Cheers all!

    Hmmm..what to drink, what to drink...oh...it is stout day you say?

    A local gem. Townsman Stout from Goodfellows Brewing. Smooth and tasty, easy drinking stout. Creamy, coffee, chocolate, roasted malt. This is a very, very nice stout. Dry and crisp on the finish. The Townsman is one smooth operator.

    I think this guy can play a little...

    I know I played the nightcap card already, but I'm unsupervised until at least Saturday afternoon so I just couldn't let stout day to by without giving it my all. This is absolutely the last one for me unless I wanna show up for work still shitfaced. Enjoy the rest of your night. Looking forward to horns up Friday. Cheers.

    Release #17 with Black Satin Sumatra roast bottled a year ago. I love that they have a rotation of coffee varieties, and each is noticeably unique on the coffee side. I've personally only had self aged bottles of at least a year old or more, every single one has been fantastic. Aging provides fantastic balance and integration of coffee and bourbon barrel flavors. Insane beer I can buy all year while everyone chases BA whales. Convenient.

    My girlfriend decided today was a good day to have an Imperial Biscotti Break. Her argument was because it's Thursday, then I informed her that it was (apparently) international stout day (as well as probably something like "save an earthworm day"). One seems more useful :wink::
